If selecting the “DIGITAL FILES” option: Digital files will be sent within 2 business days. No physical prints will be done for you.
If selecting the “Printed & Shipped” option: A proof with your customized prints will be emailed 1-2 business days after purchase. After the proof has been approved, products will be printed within 3 Business days and drop shipped to you within 7-10 Business days. Will not include frames/matting. Single prints only. Includes (4) 8x10" Prints, (3) 5x7" Prints and (4) 4x6" Prints.
Drop Shipping is done by USPS and is a $5 flat rate fee. Prints are printed at a printing service and drop shipped directly to you. Tracking number for your order will be emailed after prints have been sent for shipping. We are not responsible for delays in shipping after the order has been placed.
Shipping is for US (including APO/FPO) only. If you are international, please choose the “Digital Files” option at checkout.
